Sign-on bonus up to $12,000 for full-time positions. We are seeking a full-time Unit Manager (dayshift, M-F with weekend on-call rotation) and part-time Weekend Supervisor (7a-7p Saturdays and Sundays).
Responsibilities include overseeing the clinical team, making physician rounds, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and medical teams, reviewing care plans daily, monitoring residents’ conditions, and handling special projects related to wounds, quality improvement, and clinical matters. Requirements: current active RN license in Massachusetts, CPR/BLS certification, preferred nursing degree, at least 4 years of nursing experience, and 1+ year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to multi-task and primary COVID vaccination series (or approved exemption) are required.
