Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Prescott sleep disorder clinic, reporting to the President.
Practices in Adult or Family Medicine, evaluating patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, parasomnia, and movement disorders. Collaborates with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care across locations. Examines patients, reviews history, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and develops treatment plans. Prescribes medications and non-pharmacological therapies within Arizona licensing. Performs therapeutic procedures, delegates tasks to qualified staff, and manages case coordination to ensure timely testing and follow-up. Provides patient and family education tailored to diverse backgrounds, advocates for patients, and coordinates with providers and community resources. Maintains ethical standards, respects colleagues, and collaborates with physicians as needed. Leads process improvement and patient flow management, referring patients to physicians when necessary. Requires current RN and RNP licenses with prescribing authority, certification from a recognized body, and preferably 3+ years in sleep medicine or chronic disease management. Must comply with safety, HIPAA, and professional standards, possess strong communication skills, and proficiency in electronic health records. Eligible candidates must pass background checks and drug testing, with the ability to relocate to Prescott.
