– Performs initial interviews and assessments to evaluate clients.
Provides ongoing evaluation by collecting and synthesizing bio-psychosocial information from clients, families, and referral sources.
Demonstrates current professional competencies in chemical dependency treatment.
Consults with leadership and client therapists as needed.
Possesses knowledge of treatment modalities and drug treatment facilities.
Able to work effectively with diverse populations.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field with at least two years of therapy experience.
Maintains appropriate state licensure; licensure in Oregon preferred for expansion.
Upholds confidentiality of all communications and records.
Must be drug-free, with strong communication skills.
Certified as LMHP, LICSW, or MFT.
Full-time position offering $60,000-$90,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
Schedule includes 8-hour shifts and on-call duties.
Work is conducted in-person.
