Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct speech therapy care in a long-term and post-acute care setting.

  • Offer $50-$55/hr DOE, with opportunities for continuing education and growth within a large network of skilled nursing facilities.
  • Responsibilities include assessing and modifying therapy plans, documenting accurately, and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Requirements include a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), current state licensure, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, and CPR certification.
  • Experience in post-acute care preferred. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and proficiency in software and communication skills.
  • Essential functions involve establishing goals, charting, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety and confidentiality standards.
  • Must be dependable, able to perform physical tasks, and work effectively as part of a team, adhering to policies and regulations.
