Responsible for leading approximately 50 staff members, including nurses, technicians, and support personnel, ensuring safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care across multiple campus locations.
Collaborates with staff, physicians, and administration to meet evolving healthcare challenges, emphasizing quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and resource coordination.
Requires a BSN (Master’s preferred), current RN license, and 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience with strong organizational, critical thinking, and change management skills.
