Responsibilities:
Assist in providing quality nursing care to residents and support nursing standards
Ensure proper staffing and staff development
Provide clinical expertise and support resident interventions
Maintain a safe, sanitary environment for all
Supervise nursing personnel under the direction of leadership
Requirements:
1-2 years of management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid RN license in Wisconsin
