Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to oversee patient care and manage nursing operations.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Coordinate nursing activities and participate in resident care planning.

Manage staff schedules, performance, and foster high-quality care and satisfaction.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Qualifications: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont with prior supervisory or nurse management experience.

Compensation: Up to $49/hour based on experience.
