We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager for an outpatient facility, offering an annual base salary of $100k-$110k, with potential bonuses based on location, experience, and skills.
The role involves supervising clinical nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supporting high-quality patient care, addressing patient concerns, participating in performance improvement, and implementing policies.
The Nurse Manager will assist with onboarding, training, and evaluating staff, as well as providing direct patient care when necessary.
Requirements include a BSN, an active RN license in NY, at least two years of nursing experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in EHR and Microsoft Office is needed, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
