The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, collaborating with medical staff and leadership to develop and implement quality care programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred, and current RN license in New Mexico.
Must hold BLS certification and relevant area certifications; national certification in specialty preferred.
Demonstrates strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team facilitation.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in medical/surgical services and 2 years of progressive management experience are required.
Works under supervision of the Director of Patient Care Services in a clean, well-lit environment, with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs and communicate effectively in stressful situations.
