Seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LPC) at Canyon County Detention Center in Caldwell, Idaho. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing proactive mental health services in a correctional setting.
Administer assessments, deliver mental health treatment, co-lead group and individual therapy, and manage crisis interventions.
Conduct risk assessments, coordinate care with medical, psychiatric, community, and legal professionals, and participate in discharge planning.
Complete documentation, evaluation, and consultation to support treatment goals.
Utilize clinical skills such as brief interventions, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, with excellent documentation skills.
Must hold a Master’s degree, with at least one year of social work or related experience, and licensure (LSW, LPC or equivalent).
No weekend work required; schedule primarily weekday hours.
