Seeking a Crisis Mental Health Professional to provide compassionate behavioral health services at a Crisis Stabilization and Triage Center.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, short-term support, and developing individualized recovery plans in collaboration with participants and team members.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, conduct assessments, determine diagnoses, and document services accurately.
Assist with admissions, orientation, managing risky behaviors, and maintaining a safe environment through de-escalation and conflict resolution.
Network with community agencies to support participant needs, advocate for client rights, and support recovery-focused language and practices.
Maintain clinical files, complete incident reports, and support agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling or social sciences, licensure as a mental health professional, valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and experience working with diverse populations and challenging behaviors.
