Perform social services to support patients’ bio-psychosocial needs, including therapy, crisis intervention, family support, and referrals.
Conduct educational, therapeutic, and support groups, and communicate progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Collaborate with community agencies, provide liaison and referral services, and participate in court appearances when needed.
Maintain confidentiality, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling within scheduled times.
Your qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field, with preferred licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC), and at least two years of experience in psychiatric settings with family and group therapies.
Must obtain CPR and aggressive behavior management training within 30 days and pass competency exams.

This full-time role offers an annual salary between $62,400 and $93,600, depending on experience.
