Seeking a qualified licensed therapist to join a growing outpatient clinical team in Albuquerque, supporting both local and virtual group therapy programs across the state.

Facilitate outpatient therapy services, including individual and group sessions, psychoeducation, and brief interventions like Motivational Interviewing.

Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and provide case management and referrals.

Collaborate within an integrated, multidisciplinary medical clinic environment and support the expansion of clinical programs, including Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT).

Maintain compliance with documentation standards and participate in program development initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds an independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LAS, CAS) with experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.
