No previous supervisor experience needed; training provided. Must have at least 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in New Jersey, valid BLS certification, and demonstrate effective communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple patients.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations relevant to nursing care is required.
