Seeking a Physician for a primary care role with a $30K hiring bonus, covering multiple Sacramento locations with additional stipends and bonuses.
Provide medical assessments, establish care levels, and maintain clinical competency in occupational medicine.
Collaborate with medical directors to ensure policy compliance and participate in policy development, education, and quality assurance activities.
Engage with employers, conduct on-site assessments, and handle after-hours case care through call programs.
Supervise and guide staff in the absence of the Medical Director, ensuring excellent patient service and documentation.
Qualifications include a Doctorate from an accredited institution, board certification, licensure, and unrestricted DEA license.
Must demonstrate knowledge of occupational medicine, clinical operations, OSHA, DOT, and possess strong decision-making, communication, and customer service skills.
