We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for 7PM – 7AM shifts with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay from $36/hr.
Lead and supervise medication delivery, treatments, and nursing staff including RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids.
Complete resident admissions and routine assessments.
Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes, and ensure safety, comfort, and continuous quality care.
Support residents with activities of daily living and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include an active RN license in good standing. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
