A reputable nationwide healthcare provider is seeking a Board-Certified Attending Physician for a nursing home in Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in primary and long-term care (LTC) and hold a valid state license.

Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), managing their medical needs

Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and coordinate care

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions

Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Work closely with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements include board certification, LTC experience, strong leadership skills, and full-time availability with travel. The role requires exclusive focus on this position, with hospital affiliation encouraged.
