Responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of care.
Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and fosters a collaborative work environment.
Develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans, including CBT and PTSD therapies.
Conducts patient assessments tailored to individual needs and maintains accurate documentation.

Requires a valid LPC or LCSW license in Arkansas, relevant clinical experience, strong therapeutic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth.
The role offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $75,000–$90,000, benefits, and requires in-person work in Mountainburg, with relocation prior to starting.
