Proficiency in rounding across all three units is required; the ICU has 44 beds total.
Staffing includes 2 physicians per day shift (7a-7p) and 1 at night (7p-7a).

Physicians must be Critical Care Board Certified; other preferred credentials include MO Medical License and DEA Certification.
