Responsibilities include managing 20+ team members, program development, budgeting, quality metrics, and analyzing patient outcomes involving nurse navigators, social workers, and dieticians.
Provides operational leadership for the Southern Region, collaborating with network leaders to optimize patient care.
The role requires an independent, collaborative, and team-oriented approach, working across Surgical, Radiation, and Medical Oncology patient populations.
Based in Scarborough, Maine, the Nurse Manager partners with the Oncology Outpatient Director to deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based, high-quality care aligned with organizational mission and vision.
Engages with staff, physicians, and leadership to address evolving healthcare challenges, applying nursing expertise, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Candidates need a BSN (Master’s preferred), current Maine RN license, oncology certification (recommended), and at least 2-3 years of oncology RN experience.
