Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy within a Residential Program, focusing on clients’ mental health needs.
Create and implement personalized treatment and transition plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Maintain thorough documentation using electronic health records and collaborate with support systems, including guardians and community partners.
Attend psychiatric consults and gather psychosocial information to support treatment decisions.
Achieve weekly billable hours and contact clients/families within 24 hours of assignment.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a Human Service field, valid clinical license, relevant therapy experience, and a good driving record.
Must be able to work flexible hours, pass background checks, and follow all safety protocols.
