We are seeking a compassionate Family Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health and emotional well-being.
The role involves working with clients of various ages, including children and adults, to address behavioral issues, family dynamics, and developmental disabilities.
The therapist will collaborate with other professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.
Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling, providing behavioral management and emotional support, facilitating child-family sessions, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing evidence-based practices.
Experience in behavioral therapy, working with developmental disabilities, and child counseling is preferred.
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, along with valid licensure, is required.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport are essential.
