Provides in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults with complex medical, developmental, or behavioral needs.
Offers mental health counseling, assessments, and family therapy using various therapeutic approaches.
Addresses issues such as depression, addiction, stress, self-esteem, and vocational or parenting concerns.
Participates in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team and collaborates with staff, families, and insurance providers.
Completes documentation, billing, and progress reports timely and maintains confidentiality standards.
Engages in crisis intervention and provides supervision and activities for program participants as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Services, at least two years of relevant experience, and LICSW or similar licensure.
Requires strong communication, empathy, discretion, and multitasking skills.
