We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Therapist passionate about trauma-informed care to support children and adolescents.
Full-time, M-F days, exempt role with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external hires.
Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, diagnosing per DSM criteria, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy in a behavioral health setting.
Assess patient needs through clinical interviews and collateral information, recognizing risks and implementing interventions.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to optimize care and develop tailored treatment strategies.
Maintain documentation, meet productivity standards, and ensure licensure and billing compliance.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience working with similar populations.
Preferred licensure as LISW or LMHC in Iowa; BLS certification may be required within six months.
