This RN position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for those with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for those with over 2 years, with prorated amounts for full-time hires.
The role is a night shift shared between two hospitals, working across multiple units including medical-surgical, critical care, behavioral health, and emergency, requiring adaptability and quick thinking.
The RN will serve as a House Supervisor, providing leadership, clinical supervision, and resource management across hospital departments during their shift.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and three years of acute care experience preferred.
