Seeking Substance Use Disorder Counselors to provide screening, brief interventions, therapy, and referrals for underserved populations.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, developing community resource contacts, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
Provide direct counseling services, crisis intervention, and education for individuals, groups, and families experiencing substance dependency.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and facilitate referrals to treatment programs.
Must hold a California State SUD certification or registration, with at least 1 year of counseling experience, preferably with diverse populations.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills may be required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
