We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment in Southern-Central Vermont.
Offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and documentation.
Facilitate referrals to additional providers when needed.
Communicate roles clearly within healthcare teams and participate in care planning.
Administer assessments and screenings to support treatment.
Provide employee assistance upon request.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services, and valid licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
Must demonstrate empathy, active listening, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with EMRs.
