This Occupational Medicine Physician role involves providing clinical and corporate executive relations services to support a growing industrial community in Wyoming.
Responsibilities include conducting wellness exams, occupational illness treatment, workers’ compensation evaluations, disability assessments, and corporate medical advising.
Engages in developing risk mitigation strategies, analyzing health trends, and advising on workplace safety and policies.
Clinically supervises healthcare providers, manages patient records, and responds to medical emergencies, ensuring high standards of care.
Participates in legal processes related to workers’ compensation and collaborates with healthcare teams to meet patient needs.
Evaluates work-related injuries, manages treatment plans, and performs diagnostic procedures including radiographs and lab tests.
Requires MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Wyoming licensure, and experience in occupational health or related fields.
Proficiency in electronic health records, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead a clinical team are essential. Bilingual skills and FMCSA certification are a plus.
