The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women’s Services, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Requirements include a Registered Nurse license (BSN preferred), current NM licensure, BLS, and relevant certifications.
Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team facilitation, problem-solving, and motivating staff.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics, plus 2 years of progressive management experience is required.
Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and works in a clean, well-lit environment, with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies.
Physical demands include effective communication, stress management, and adaptability to varied working hours.
