Seeking an experienced nurse manager to oversee nursing staff at a community health center in Logan Heights, CA.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new nurses, ensuring quality patient care, managing departmental budgets, and responding to patient concerns.
Will develop and implement staff training, coordinate patient flow, maintain documentation compliance, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA, etc.).
