Seeking a RN Supervisor to support nursing and medical assistant staff in a community health setting.
Assist with coordinating meetings, implementing policies, and ensuring departmental goals are met.
Build positive team relationships, coach staff, and develop career plans to promote retention.
Conduct staff evaluations, provide counseling, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation in patient records and support clinical workflows.
Promote continuous staff education through in-services and onboarding.
Maximize revenue with knowledge of payor systems and billing.
Participate in quality improvement activities, utilizing Lean tools, and measure outcomes.
Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Nursing and support orientation and competency assessments.
Maintain infection control, patient satisfaction, and other quality standards.
Represent the organization at meetings as needed.
Requirements include a current California RN license, at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and ability to travel within San Diego County.
Bilingual skills and prior LVN/MA experience are preferred.
