Qualifications:
Current, active RN/LPN license in NJ
Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience in long-term care
At least 1+ year of supervisory experience
Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and agencies
Thorough knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations
Leadership skills and supervisory ability
Subacute care experience preferred
