This full-time Therapist position offers a starting salary of $70,000 annually, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role: The Therapist is responsible for assessing residents, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinating services with community resources. They lead treatment teams, mentor staff, participate in crisis intervention, and oversee discharge planning to ensure comprehensive client care.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience working with children and families. Valid Kentucky LPCA license (preferably LPCC) is required, along with knowledge of mental health systems and leadership skills. Preferred candidates have 3+ years of experience.
