We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent to join our Integrated Care Team in a rural health setting. This full-time role involves on-site clinical care, telehealth services, and regular travel to satellite clinics or community locations. The clinician will collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health colleagues to deliver brief, evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI), conduct mental health assessments, and support whole-person care. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, safety planning, and serving diverse populations across age groups and diagnoses.
