Join our newborn hospitalist team at a Level I nursery in Greenfield, MA, caring for approximately 325 births annually.

Admit and care for newborns, attend deliveries, and stabilize sick infants until NICU transfer.

Serve as experts in NRP and resuscitation in a midwife-led service with OB backup.

Part-time role at 0.6 FTE (48 hours every two weeks), with flexible shifts (9–24 hours), including weekdays and weekends.

Requires 2 years of neonatal or pediatric NP experience and NRP certification.

Competitive salary range: $126,000–$159,000 annually, prorated for 0.6 FTE.
