Responsible for managing the Memory Care unit’s daily operations to ensure quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
Licensed nurse in good standing required with experience in long-term care or healthcare communities. Develops, implements, and evaluates nursing policies, procedures, and care plans, overseeing staff performance and resident treatment. Participates in resident admissions, monitors treatments, and ensures documentation accuracy. Supervises personnel actions, staff scheduling, and staff development through training and education. Ensures resident rights, safety protocols, and cleanliness are maintained, and equipment needs are met. Analyzes problems, allocates resources efficiently, and demonstrates sound judgment and leadership skills. Maintains professional competence, supports teamwork, and manages resources effectively. Additional requirements include emergency response, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.
