Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist dedicated to providing compassionate mental health services focused on substance use disorders.

Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.

Create personalized treatment plans and assess client progress regularly.

Facilitate support groups and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate clients on coping strategies and resources.

Qualifications include: a master’s degree, valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.), experience in outpatient therapy, knowledge of CBT, and ability to work with diverse populations.

This full- or part-time role offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling, with a salary range of $55,000–$70,000 annually. The position is based in Cañon City, CO, requiring in-person work.
