Lead clinical operations for a residential treatment center serving males aged 12-18, with full authority over program fidelity, compliance, and integrating recovery with vocational goals.

Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to licensure and accreditation standards.

Oversee treatment planning, data evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure effective outcomes.

Represent the program externally, building partnerships and engaging stakeholders regionally.

Collaborate on strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational growth to establish the program as a regional leader.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree, independent clinical licensure, 7-10 years of leadership experience in adolescent behavioral health, and expertise in evidence-based treatment, preferably with the Living in Balance curriculum.
