They supervise and train clients and staff, monitor clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to determine and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, crisis intervention, coordinating family therapy, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
They participate in program development, quality improvement activities, and community coordination.
The role requires a valid Certified Substance Use Disorder credential, 1+ year of experience, and the ability to work full-time, including night shifts, in Galax, VA.
