The Nurse Manager reports to the Administrator and must have
experience working with dialysis patients, supervisory experience, and
current NYS RN license with BLS certification. The role involves providing
training and education for staff, patients, and external clients, acting as
an independent auditor for the unit, and ensuring
high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include maintaining policies, overseeing staff schedules, conducting performance evaluations, promoting professional growth, and fostering positive patient relations. The position is full-time, pays $53-$55/hour, and requires in-person work.
