We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our small, female-run team, providing services to elementary school students in Jacksonville, NC.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Conduct standardized testing and develop individualized IEPs.

Create schedules to meet IEP requirements and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Apply knowledge of physiology to address communication concerns.

Proficiency in testing, collaboration, and therapy services required; school experience preferred.

Positions are full-time, contract-based, with a pay rate of $53/hour. Incentives include license reimbursement, continuing education support, and a longevity bonus. Candidates must hold a North Carolina SLP license and be able to commute or relocate to Jacksonville, NC.
