We are seeking a licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our dedicated behavioral health team in a cozy, supportive setting. The role involves providing individual, group, and family counseling for adults (18+), focusing on mental health issues such as PTSD, grief, addiction, and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based therapies, managing crises, documenting progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years of outpatient experience, and licensure such as LMSW, LPC, or LMFT. Strong crisis intervention skills, knowledge of behavioral health modalities, and excellent communication are essential.
