Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures and patient education.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and reduce rehospitalizations.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
Offer flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time options, and competitive pay ($55–$70/hour).
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and home health experience preferred; wound care training provided.
