Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners Hospital Based with Masters

We are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our nephrology team in Western, MA, working under supervision but with independent responsibilities.

Provide patient exams, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, review medical histories, and document patient progress.

Educate patients and families, round on dialysis patients, and maintain records for insurance.

Work flexible schedules, including 4- or 5-day weeks, with some weekend shifts for extra pay.

Requirements: Master’s degree in NP or PA, Massachusetts license, DEA and MA Controlled Substance Certificate, clinical training experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, compassionate care.
