We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to residents in Nursing Facilities across Connecticut.
Qualifications include an APRN or Physician Assistant degree, valid Connecticut license, DEA certificate, and controlled substance license. Geriatric and psychiatric experience is preferred.
