We are hiring a Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a unique nocturnist position at a hospitalist group in Tullahoma, TN, to support hospital growth and expansion.
Schedule: 5 nights on, 10 nights off, 12-hour shifts from 7p-7a, with 10 shifts per month required. Qualifications: Prior hospital-based NP/PA experience required; nocturnist experience preferred. FNP, ACNP, or AAPA applicants encouraged. Compensation & Benefits: Average annual pay of $115,000, with employer-matched 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, CME reimbursement, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
