Seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support a Life Plan Community’s Rehabilitation Therapy department in Lakewood, NJ.
Assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, promoting safe daily functioning.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each resident.
Educate residents, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support.
Accurately document all services and participate in case conferences as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current NJ SLP license, with geriatric experience preferred.
The position offers day shifts (8-hour), working both in person on-site.
