Assume clinical responsibility and oversee nursing support staff, ensuring compliance with all clinical policies and standards set by state and federal regulations.
Lead and supervise clinical support staff through staffing, performance evaluations, training, and meetings.
Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, guiding discussions, documenting outcomes, and assisting with policy development.
Conduct patient intake, vital signs, and handle clinical complaints, escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with the Clinical Informatics Manager to analyze quality data and support clinical training for staff.
Provide orientation and ongoing education for staff and support clinical support staff in delivering care within established policies.
Qualifications include RN licensure with an ADN or BSN and 2-5 years of experience, including supervisory roles.
Pay ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
