We are seeking full-time School Based Therapists to provide mental health services in Clinton Elementary Schools (Eagle Heights and Whittier). This role involves delivering therapy, consultation, risk prevention, crisis support, and collaborating with school staff to support students’ mental health during school hours.

The position requires an Iowa-licensed therapist (tLMHC/LMFT, LMSW), preferably with a temporary license, and is based in or near Olin, IA.Responsibilities encompass conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and coordinating with school and external contacts. Attendance at staff and clinical meetings is required.Ideal candidates are organized, ethical, professional, reliable, and skilled in rapport-building and documentation.
