We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician* to join our healthcare team.

Diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions with outpatient rehab services.

Conduct physical exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform procedures like joint injections and RF ablations.

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives as desired.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.

Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and a valid NY medical license. Experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
